Just sending you some as have been there and know how awful and stressful it can be. Though I know its not easy try not to listen to them from everything you've said your baby is fine just a slight lean build.

My little man is the same he is almost 14 months old now and probably only weighs just over 9kg. Little stick insect . I would still prefer him to be heavier (little bit of fat for if he gets sick and loses some weight) but he isn't and I have just to learn to live with it - though its still not easy!

I started a slow weaning process at about 9 months (when he become absolutly impossible to BF when out) and his weight gain didn't change when he moved to formula nor when he started solids. He has stayed consistently on his line and that is where I guess he will always be. I went through hell when he was a baby and only doing small weight gains thinking I wasn't doing the right thing by him by breast feeding and that it would all be better if I moved him to formula way earlier. I am SO glad now that I didn't as he would have still only put on the same amount of weight but I would haven't had the joy of breast feeding for all those months.

I remember also being told at one of the weigh ins I did that you've also go to look at other growth so say if he's grown longer in a month then he mightn't have put on any weight. The good MCNs will look at the health of the baby and not be concerned with nnumbers on their own. Have you a good supportive GP or MCN in your area that you can go to? Maybe ask the question here if any of the girls know one. I would recommend mine but am in Northern Beaches so don't know if that is any use to you.
