Just wondering when I might expect to see get solid (TMI)???
This has poop talk... So Sorry for the TMI...
DS is 13 months.
He is still drinking 3 bottles of formula a day (210ml each) and some days slips in a fourth... He was breastfed till 6 months, then we switched to Formula and slowly introduced solids. I did pured and mashed food as he was too impatient to try BLS, but he is getting better with finger foods now and his foods are getting quite chunky, but still mashed... Oh and he had reflux when he was little, but has grown out if that now...
He is on 3 good solid meals, and snacks. He eats all home cooked food except for pured fruit which I can be bothered doing for him. He eats weetbix, meat, chicken, fish, veges, pasta, fruit, yogurt, bread, rice biscuits, and jelly.... (not all that each day but you get the drift ).
But, he is still doing the most nasty wet poops. And doing a few a day some days, and others none. There is no real pattern to his movements...
Occasionally I see a slightly firmer one, but they are few and far between. Oh and he is fine with wet nappies. (I think)
What I want to know is do you think his toileting habits are odd? Should I expect to be seeing really poops (cause I would have expected it by now)? Or this this a concern that I should bring up with a Dr? We have an appt next week for 1 yr injections...
Another thing I am not sure on is his weight as we have not had hop properly measured since the 6 month needles... But he is between 10 - 11kgs, and was always in the 50th percentile... So I dont know if that helps???
