I remember the handout that the MCHN gave me said that they will tend to stir a couple of hours after going to bed at night and aren't properly 'awake'. Our DS screamed and cried and didn't really respond to us when we spoke to him.

I'm not sure what time your little one is waking up? If it's in the morning, I'm not sure if this is a night terror? Does he respond to you and appear fully awake? It's so hard when they can't tell you what's wrong. Hope he outgrows this quickly and starts sleeping better for you
