Red rash around mouth???

I have used bum wipes on her face but always did that. I will stop that in case that's it.

She did vomit the other day so I quickly grabbed paper towel and wiped her face. I have changed baby bath too.

No new foods introduced.

I had been putting QV cream on a couple of days ago when rash appeared, perhaps that has made it worse???

AJP, it's all around her mouth and over her cheeks and all under her chin, it's red as and very raised, it looks so sore.
