Oh Tan. You are a GREAT mum, these things happen, Izzy is absolutely fine. My Izzy is a complete wriggle on the change table too - its a nightmare. Certainly not helped when you have a growing belly. Please don't beat yourself up over this. Your little princess has not come to any harm - her poor mummy is in far more pain I think. Try to relax and just enjoy a quiet morning with your girl.
