I have GAINED the script to Cars tattooed on my brain (DS has been ill in bed all week insisting on non-stop Lightning McQueen and me with him).

I have LOST stealing DH's clothes - DS has a keen sense of ownership

I have GAINED some wonderful women as friends - IRL and on-line

I have GAINED an appreciation for people with more than one child
I have GAINED envy for ppl with no children who can be spontaneous
I have LOST my ability to hear myself think sometimes while ds is screaming in the background
I have GAINED a new skill of blocking out certain noises while the news is on
I have LOST all of my me time
I have GAINED a new appreciation of trying to find recipes that deals with leftover food from the night before
I have GAINED a new way to smile, laugh and feel joy when my ds is around and playing silly and I appreciate it as some ppl never get to experience it.
