There are only a few of us left now cause some have moved interstate, but we have no issues with telling another child not to do something (or to do something if that the case), and not get offended.

Yes 'disipline' will be left to the parent, but to tell them to say sorry for snatching a toy, or pulling hair, whoever sees it, normally says it.
