I was just discussing this with my mum. My little man isn't even a week old yet and has been sleeping 3-4 hours before even looking like he wants a feed. I asked if I should wake him and Mum said no way, that is the other side of demand feeding I guess. So I have been letting him go and it just means that when he does wake he feeds for about an hour.
