What do you think the ideal age difference between siblings is

I agree with Sarah - I have a gap of just under 3 years between mine two. But if we hadn't lost bub #2, there would have been about 20 months between our first and second.

This is definitely not the way I wanted things to go, I wanted my children much closer...the universe had other plans for us. But I must stay, now that I have a 3 yr old and a 7 month old, some days I do wonder how I would have coped. I know I would have (what choice do we have?!) but I do think about how challenging it would have been. I find myself spread too thin at times as it is.

I just read an article that OB/gyn recommend at least 2.5 years as that's how long it takes for your body to be "fully recovered" from childbirth.

I like 8 years and 6 years LOL!!! As a wise woman here said- the ideal gap is the one you have and I fully agree, everyone has their own opinion and the "right" gap for them.
