DS was 8 pound 2.5 oz and fit into 000. There were a couple of 0000 that he fit into but only for about a week!!!!

DS was 7lb 13oz and was in 0000 for about 5 weeks. For some reason they were still quite big on him.

He is 8 months now and in 0 /1 so he went through the sizes really quickly.

Our son was 9lb 8oz and went into 0000 (so 000 bonds). We had lots of newborn clothes on loan so we used those but we probably could have put him in 000.

MJ was 8lb 6oz and wore some 0000, only for a couple of weeks thou - mostly in 000.
bonds wondersuits you def need to go a size up, i have found that they are on the small size, so i wouldnt bother getting a 0000

I've had 2 8 pounders and a 7 pounder, and they all began wearing 0000's. I guess i would recommend buying a few of each size, then you can buy more of what you need later.

Mine were all average 71/2 lbs and for the first couple of weeks wore 0000's. It seems like a bit of a waste but 000's were just too big to be practical!

Zander was 8lb 14oz and he was in 0000 for quite a few weeks. Juliette was 9lb 14oz and is in 0000 at the moment, but looks like she might grow out of them pretty soon.

I think a lot of it depends on length rather than weight to be honest.

DD was 9lb 9oz and wore some 0000's but without feet in them as it was summer. I think she had 0000 for two weeks and then went into 000.!!

I agree with Sarah that length has a lot to do with it.

My DS was 5lbs1oz and wore 00000 for about 8 weeks and then 0000 for about four weeks after that. Yes, he was tiny! But I agree with Raven, although it's a short time, it's just too impractical to put them in stuff that's too big.

Just as well! Bonds are annoying like that! Always buy a size bigger. Even my 3 year old DS needs the bigger size in Bonds at his age!

I think we had one 0000 bonds suit and there was no chance of that ever going on him!

Yep I agree with size too! Paris & Seth (9lb 1oz & 9lb 12 oz) were in 0000 for a little while at first too!

Yeah, Alex was 8lb and in 0000's for 2 months.

Although he *could* have come out of them earlier i didn't want him to grow .

Just be careful with Bonds clothes, always buy the bigger size up (well in the vodysuit things anyway)
