Rylee feeds about every 3 hours during the day but this varies and at the mo she is having a growth spurt. I was being fairly strict on having a bath at 6 pm, feed at 6.30 pm and trying to get her down at 7 pm, but lately have been letting her go a bit later to see if it makes any diff to her sleeping through - if she goes down about 8 pm she'll make it till 3 am then 6.30 am ish - but if she goes down at 7 pm she'll wake at 1am, 4 am and then 7 am - so I guess I am trying to go with the flow - nothing worse than trying to get a bub to sleep when they don't want to.
