My change table has a bath in it, so I also keep my bath things in the change table. In the top pockets I have a big pump pack full of water (I use this to squirt onto little flannels for cleaning baby's bottom instead of using wipes), sanitising hand gel, nappy rash cream, sorbolene cream (sometimes put this on the wipes as well, if it's a particularly sticky poo), hair brush, cotton tips, nail scissors, other stuff that I have but don't use very often, including baby oil and colic relief massage oil.

The second shelf has three compartments- one has baby wipes in it, and cotton wool balls- I use these if I've run out of flannels for wiping. It also has disposable breast pads and my cloth breast pads facing the other side, as my chair for night breastfeeds is next to the change table. I also have a cloth nappy for wiping up when feeding in this section. The middles section has baby bath bubbles and baby soap (not yet used!), as well as the stacks of flannels for wiping up. The back section has bath towels and bath flannels, and I keep my dirty cloth breast pads in a bag in this section, to chuck into the next wash.

The bottom section has disposable and cloth nappies all stacked up.

I also use a cloth nappy on top of the change table to mop up messes and keep baby's bum from getting cold.
