    Cool Where is daylight saving???

Is anyone else having issues with the early light???? It's driving me spare.

The first sound of a bird (which at the moment is 4:45am) in the trees outside his window and Daniel's awake. The light starts - doesn't even have to be much. Just the suggestion that it's day time is enough to wake him up. He lies there chatting to his friends in the sky and when he gets sick of that decides it's time to eat..... which is usually around the 5am mark.

I don't get tired - I go to bed really early. But I'd just like ONE sleep in 'til 6am........... pleeeease............ I never thought I'd say that.

Getting a bit hard to take when I have a full day of work ahead of me....... I need the sugar hit at 12pm - not 3....... Not a thing I can do about it as he has 100% block out on all of his curtains. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this wonderful phenomenon.......?

Yes, but lucky for me they are getting up at about 6am and even then my 7yr DS will get my 15mth old DD out of her cot and she is happy to run around the house until I get up at 7am I can always hear them so I'm not really asleep but just having a I dont want to get up yet time, but if I try to stay in bed past 7am they start to fight and come in and ask for food. I guess I can cope with 7 as there is no way I could cope with 4.45 like you. you poor girl!

but just think Daniel will one day be the big brother like my DS and will be able to help you out

    Yeah, Tali, you're right.

One day he'll just be able to get up on a Saturday morning, go to the tele and watch some cartoons or something for a while. That's what we used to do when we were kids. Mum and dad used to eventually appear.

    One day........................

28 October (last weekend in October), not long to go now girls... And it ends the last weekend in March.

If the legislation gets through NSW will have it first weekend in October to first weekend in April as of next year. Not sure of other states though.

Yeah a big grrr from me too for it not being passed in SA. My kids are up at 6am at the moment, before Andrew has even left for work. 100% blockout on our windows as well, but it doesn't work with them either lol. Doesn't help they like to sleep with door open so light from the rest of the house filters in to their room too.

I can't wait for DLS to start but I don't want it to come too quick, cause the same weekend Kameron turns 6 !! *cry*

    Love

It was 4:45 on Monday............first day of the working week, of course.
