Oh you poor thing. We have the high chair/food issue here too...so Chelsea walks round with her meals...im just over saying 'Sit down, eat you food, Chelsea stop it'..lol

Bed time sounds like hell for you. Gee thats a tough one. Normally if we give Chels her dummy and her 'Isabella' (doll) she is ok...but we have some night now and then she is exactly like Nixon....
