Use a wash basket with a tri pillow in it. I used this and took dd around the house with me wherever i went, just pop a few toys in there with her. Infacol didn't work instantly for me, but once I started using it every feed I did see a difference. I spent a looooong time burping after feeds too. DD spewed almost after every feed, though iy didn't seem to bother her too much, it was more the wind. Hope she settles for you soon, better days are ahead x
