From TCU website (I have a homeloan WAAAYYYY over $100 000 so no fee for me)
Members can easily avoid the access fee if they fit into one of the following categories:

1. Are:

* Under 18 years or
* A Rewards Package member or
* Part of our Future Teacher program and deposit $50 per month


2. Have total loans or total deposits over $100,000

3. Have any 3 of the following:

* Home loan over $20,000
* Investment loan over $20,000
* Personal loan over $20,000
* Total deposits over $20,000
* Saving account deposits of $500 per month
* Teachers Credit Union Insurance direct debit


Members need to be the primary account holder of each account and the exemption apply to ONE S1 Everyday Account only for each member.
