Congratulations Dusty and Dusty's DH. It's been a long journey to get here but you did it with such strength and courage. Thank you for sharing your journey so that others could benefit and be guided by you.

Wishing you and your family a lifetime of happiness and love. Welcome princess Freya.

Thank you for all your beautiful messages and congratulations.

Our little goddess of love and fertility is doing brilliantly and we are loving getting to know her.

We are home today from the hospital, its been a rollercoaster since she popped out which I still don't fully understand but I have sustained major injuries and blood loss and then had some weird complications under anaesthetisia being stabilised - sounds so dramatic writing this down but I was unaware of most of it. My poor DH and family have been taken on a wild ride after such a big high. I'm being well looked after and its so nice to be back in my own bed! I've been managing to breastfeed through all this since coming to, and my milk is coming in now - yay! Its day by day now like all new mum but I look into those big blue cross eyes and my heart just melts.

Oh, I got goosebumps all over again reading your post. Welcome home! Glad you're enjoying getting to know Freya!

I'm sorry that you've had such a wild ride and I'm sending lots of healing, healthy vibes to you. And hoping your family is recovering as well - I know my DH took some time to debrief and recover from Archie's birth because it was traumatic for him as well.

    Yay! for Freya!
