What a great birth plan.
The only thing I can think of is should you need a CS you will also have to have a catheter inserted. You can have this inserted either prior to going to theatre or after you get there. The difference is if you choose to have it inserted prior to theatre you will only have your midwife or Ob seeing your girly bits but havint the catheter put in can be a little uncomfortable. If you have it put in after you get to theatre they will insert it after you have had the epi. You will not feel anything but there will be a lot more people seeing your girly bits.
