Noni - firstly congrats asgain on the birth of Asha!!! Your bleeding sounds normal hun and is called your lochia - it isnt your period and it may last quite a few weeks - up to 6 weeks actually - I had a c/s and still had 6 weeks of it. As for the H - go to the chemist and get some cream (Rectinol or Hem something - big helpit should clear it up for you. Not sure about your tear and graze hun - hopefully someone else will able to help with that. As you said its only been 6 days so make sure are resting up lots!!
ETA- Reading the previous post - maybe you should call your hospital or gp and see what they say - I thought bleeding like that was normal but could be wong - sorry hun.
