When Julia was born I think my c-section was about $3000 and then theres also the other OB attending the theatre of about $450 and the anethetist bill which varies from $450 - $1000. We got most of it back from Medicare and then our Private health.

ETA - Julia's c-section was an emergency one...so not sure if that costs more or the same as a scheduled one.
