I have the Marie Mongan hypnobirthing book-I have found it good to read so far. Not doing as much practice as I should so in that respect classes may be good.

I found this copy on ebay if you were wanting second hand. There is a cd that comes with the original but I actually didn't like it and would probably use some quieter nature music instead.
