I used hypnobabies, TENS & shower with DS1 and they were all awesome. I even forgot a lot if the hypnobabies cues but all the prep I did really helped. DS1's birth story is in my sig.

You may find some of the anxiety and grief of your last birth emerges during this birth. It's totally normal - go with it. Let it out. Hypnobirthing or hypnobabies can help you prepare for that too. You can buy hypnobabies online.
