I had one natural born at 12:10am. and my next 3 were cs 3:20pm, 10:20am, and 9:30am. Much preferred the morning babies. with DS1 I was so out of it and tired after labouring that I really didn't get to have it sink in till he was 5 hours old..

with DS2 it was an ok time but due to the CS I was unable to get out of bed till the following morning then all hell broke loose with him anyways.... (nother story)

DS3 and DD were great time. Both before visiting hours I did however have a room full by the time I was out of recovery but I didn't mind as my last 3 bubs were in special care and I needed the distraction..

I guess for me I can't imagine having my baby in the room with me from word go... sad but true. Its so weird when I hear of people whether its a vag or CS birth having their babies with them, nice but I can't picture it..
