Ooooo you should have gotten some sleep, you'll be wrecked. Why don't you go to bed now? You have a long way to go @ 20 mins apart, staying awake is like sprinting the first kilometre in a marathon.

Labour 101: If its nighttime try and sleep!

I do hope you managed to get some rest. Even when I was in full blown labour with Emily, constractions coming every 2 min, in between contractions I would sit on the chair and close my eyes in the hope of going to sleep!
Good luck with everything, can't wait to see the birth announcement.

Still here and contractions are still irregular (between 5 min and 20min) Still painful, hopefully they are doing something. Layed down at 9.30 and slept for an hour straight then got ctx 20 mins appart. I eventually got up at 11.30 to feed the girls.

Any suggestions on how to get these regulated and the show on the road.

    I need to be patient

Rose, you could try some nipple stimulation to get them happening a little bit more ? Not sure if your feeling up to it, but it can't do any harm.

Remember that your body is doing exactly as it needs to do. Try to get some rest, hard I know. Your going to need your energy.

Rose, your body is doing what it needs to Try and have a really good rest if you can, pop some panadol and lie down. After that, if you're up to it, maybe a bit of a walk? NOT a big long one, just something to keep things moving along.

You're going to do great hun!
