I do hope you managed to get some rest. Even when I was in full blown labour with Emily, constractions coming every 2 min, in between contractions I would sit on the chair and close my eyes in the hope of going to sleep!
Good luck with everything, can't wait to see the birth announcement.
Still here and contractions are still irregular (between 5 min and 20min) Still painful, hopefully they are doing something. Layed down at 9.30 and slept for an hour straight then got ctx 20 mins appart. I eventually got up at 11.30 to feed the girls.
Any suggestions on how to get these regulated and the show on the road.
Rose, your body is doing what it needs to Try and have a really good rest if you can, pop some panadol and lie down. After that, if you're up to it, maybe a bit of a walk? NOT a big long one, just something to keep things moving along.
You are doing so well Hun!!! Hoping you can get some rest, have you had a nice hot shower or bath, might tak your mind off them for a bit and let you relax a bit if you can't sleep
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I had a big rest till 4.30pm. Children are now dropped of at friends house, hopefuly they will sleep ok. Now need to pace myself and get rest as well as work on this bubby. Read some articles on the main site re early labour which helped me to understand the length of pre/early labour. I think I am a little more patient now.
Ctx are now approx 8 min apart and dh has just set up and put tens machine on so just getting used to it and comfortable as can be. Will probably wait till ctx are 4/5min apart to go into hospital.
Thanks for the tips vic, you are a cheerer!!!!!
Thanks again everyone
