Im in the same position as you, blood pressure has been up for couple of weeks now and at my checkup today my doctor said its time to get this baby out. So I am going in on Monday 3pm (a week before my due date) for my first lot of gel.
Im so glad you have asked these questions as it has answered alot of questions I had also had.
Its also nice to hear of someone going through a similar experience I am,as I have been a little freaked out as to why they were thinking of inducing me when other people with high bp had not been induced.
