Good luck! I was induced not that long ago but for me it was a really good experience where i managed to have her with no drugs and only one lot of gel.
I was induced 2 weeks erly coz she had stopped growing at the rate she should have been and they were worried something might have been wrong, but she was perfect!

I was at the hospital at 7am and they didnt placethe gel untill 11am but within 20 mins of the gel being placed I was having proper contractions and then 4.5 hours later i had had my princess. WHen the gels were placed i was not dilated at all (even after a stretch and sweep had been done 3 days earlier) and my cervix was posterior, so no way near having a bub. I hope it happens like that for you too,
Oh also, yes, in my opinion the contractions are WAY more intense than going into labour on your own!

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW - try to sleep tonight, i know i couldnt the night before my induction but i so wish i had!
