    I'm not confused at all,
your squishy vaginal walls can extend 'past' the cervix. The cervix is not necessarily at the 'end' of the tunnel. My cervix is back, i.e. i follow my vagina, then feel back toward the tail bone, so it's on the back wall, and the front wall hooks back further before coming to meet at the cervix.
You may notice some sexual positions you feel uncomfortable (Or some people like the sensation) when the penis 'hit's the end' - this isn't really the end, it;s the cervix, and sometimes you can go deeper without the 'end of the tunnel' feeling because you are going past it (over or under, or to the side) depending where your cervix is situated.
I think you had your cervix MEEGM! Hope you had a wonderful birth!
Snacks - if you don't know, it's no point answering - it's just adding doubt to the woman's already limited self understanding! Try to find yours!!

    Thanks, I have tried.
My understanding is that the idea of a forum is to have a discussion? If we only responded to a post when we 'knew' rather than wanted to contribute to a discussion then I don't think there'd be much discussion happening at all.
It sounded to me at first read that the OP was reaching through the cervix - didn't occur to me that she'd be talking about the fornix - I obviously misunderstood.
The OP's welcome to respond and I'll apologise to her if I filled her with unnecessary doubt.
But I will continue to respond to whichever post I like. That's why we're on here.
