WTF?? What could be a better present than a bouncing bundle of joy!? How strange of your friends and family - I could think of nothing better than bringing a new life into the world on Christmas day!!!!!

Oh - and try acupressure or go see a osteopath - the osteo did a treatment on my belly the day before I went into labour

I was a Christmas Eve baby and I can tell you it is great having a birthday close to Christmas! You will treasure that baby no matter when they are born, so ignore the doomsayers. They are probably just jealous because they wanted a new baby for Christmas and never got one

Still here and starting to feel impatient I guess impatient isn't the right word, conflicted is more accurage.

I think I've made up my mind that at my 40 week appointment on Wed I'm going to get a S&S. If that doesn't get the ball rolling in a few days after that than I think I'll have reached my limit and get induced. I know a lot can happen between now and I could go into labour naturally any time, but I'm starting to get really down about it all. I feel very conflicted about getting baby out safe and sound as quick as possible.

I can however tick of my next goal to make it past Christmas.

Make it through Christmas - Big Red Tick.

Hopefully I'll be feeling a little more positive soon.

I am glad you feel decided... Now, you've made a decision about Wednesday - try & relax into your body. Enjoy the last short time left of this pregnancy - talk to your baby...

    You are supported and loved.

    Thanks Inannna and Thepixie.

Thanks guys. I went and had a two hour sleep and I'm feeling much better for it. I just heard about someone I know due on the 9th who just had their baby. I'm due 9 days before then, I just want something to start happening soon.

Inanna: Sorry I didn't reply to your last txt last night, for some reason it came through really late. Yep I'm on RLT and EPO. You know about me and needles so I'm not going to do accupuncture but someone in here did mention accupressure. I might think about it in the next day or so.

Well girls, I don't want to get too excited but I think I might be starting to lose my plug. DH and I tried one of those natural induction methods this morning as the ob suggested and ever since I've been having a pink spotting and cm. I had cramps all night last night that kept me up.

I know it could be a while yet but even just these little signs is enough to keep me on track.
