If it's totally covering your cervix (total/complete placenta praevia) then it's a bit different - that is when it could be a problem resulting in a caesar. Hoping it will move for you, a low lying placenta is a much better thing to have than placenta praevia, but perhaps you can clarify with your Ob next time if its a complete placenta praevia or not?
