I really think I would like a HB next time - the more I read stories like yours the more it appeals

Thanks Nadine. Not only had Abbey got jaundice, she has lost 10 percent birth weight and her staph hasn't cleared up. So all in all she is not a well baby.

Keep us in your prayers and thoughts girls. Off to pack her's and mine bag.

Oh big hugs Trish, hospital with a little baby is no picnic at all. Neither is a baby that fails to thrive, I really sympathise with you.

I hope Abbey is well and truly on the mend soon, and gaining weight like a trooper!

Thanks for all the comments girls.

Kiki, if only it was that easy. It was damn hard work.

And yes I did swear lot's but not at you hun.

A wise woman once told me your not doing it right if you don't say the F word. So I said it heaps just to prove that I was doing it right

Abbey is still having alot of feeding issues. We are back to the Paed today to see what is happening.

    Thank you Suse.

Abbey is doing much better. Her feeding has picked up and she is now weeing and pooing like a champ. She will wake and cry if she is hungry although she rarely has to wait that long. I still feed her as soon as she wakes. I have to grab every opportunity to get one in.
