    How lovely! You've made me look forward even more to my #6 arriving. Good on you for telling the doc what you wanted during your labour, too! Any doc worth their salt knows if a baby is stuck, being upright hands and knees is much better than on the back, anyway!!

    Aw PB, what a glorious story! LOL@ 'Is she still a girl?' and 'That feels better'! Don't you say the darndest things?
    I am so inspired by your standing up to the doc, particularly when you were finding it difficult to cope with the pain of the contractions. Well done to you! And to your supportive midwife.

    Thanks for sharing. Being half way there with #6 myself, its great to read. Kind of reminded me of when I had #5. Once he was out the whole room fell over to my "Oh thank god thats over".

    That Doc of yours needs a slapping! Some people really need to learn how to speak to a labouring woman without putting themselves in mortal danger! LOL.
