Actually our local hossy is crap, but I like our middies!!!

I was in good spirits between contractions and said a lot of dopey things... the middie commented to mum about my good mood, and mum told her I was like that with all my labours.... the crying with pain got to mum and Ad because I'm not normally like that, the poor things...

I remember getting a heap of double contractions, where as one would die down the next was starting to build... had them for a while and it was NASTY!!! Mum was asking the middie if it was normel to contract for so long without breaks... I had a sore back and shoulders afterwards for about a week from bending over the bed...
