Hi. I haven't personally been through this but I have supported a few women who have had a breast reduction. Unfortunately out of the four I have assisted none of them were able to b/f BUT this doesn't mean you wont be able to.
Definitely get the assistance of a lactation consultant, preferably before you give birth, to help you prepare and try to establish b/f. The LC will be able to guide you what to do to give you the best chance of b/f.
