One of my besties got nothing (not even colostrum or sore/enlarged) from either boob with her daughter but she has 2 reductions plus removal of keloid (sp?) scaring, I know 2 other women who successfully fed but had to work at first to get supply up & going.
From what I know of you are getting colostrum then that's a great sign.
