WM go you! Can't believe a nurse said that!

So what's with this- 6 and a bit month DD has gone from 3-4 hourly feeds, mostly 3-3.5, to 2 hourly again and at a push, 2.5. It's lasted two days. A growth spurt? Or a sign I need to introduce more or different solids? She's on three solid meals a day but she doesn't eat that much. What she does it all gets digested though going by her nappies.
