My boys are 18 months apart and I fed all thru my pregnancy and continue to feed now at 3 years and nearly 20 months.
As a MW and MCHN student I would never suggest weaning because pregnant unless the person wanted too. My OB did not care either way was happy for me to still be feeding.

I had 2 CS as well.

In pregnancy my supply did drop towards end and I thought DS1 may wean but nope. It was very tender to feed at times but bearable.
