I feel like crap.
Sudden onset at about 5pm of sore right breast, very painful, bruised feeling, cant even touch it.

I'm in tears now, had the shakes and sat under my dressing gown and blanket with a heat pack and still shivered. DH turned the heating up but I feel awful. I fed A and tried to express which helped a bit but I feel terrible and the shooting pain was almost unbearable

Last night over night A fed more than usual, but was normal today and I felt fine.

I have a headache and my temp is 39.2C...

I'm a nurse, I know I'm not well but I know nothing about boob stuff, had no problems BF MJ for 2 years.

What do I do? Have taken panadiene but that has really had no effect on me or my temp.
