Thanks Jennifer, almost back to normal. Monday was a killer and I thought I was dying, anti's took about 6 hours to start working and then I started improving.

Yesterday I was dizzy all day and exhausted, and had very painful boobs and let down was toecurling!
Today it's still a bit painful but much more bearable.

I had NO idea you could be so sick with this and didn't expect the nausea and vomiting.

Looking back I have had the start of mastitis, maybe a blocked duct twice since A has been born, but she must have managed to clear it... The rapid onset also caught me off guard.

Thanks everyone for you help, especially loulabelle who offered to have DD1 yesterday xx
