My pillow was really helpful at the start when I couldn't get the hang of feeding Amelia in my arms - though if you're going to use one, don't get lazy and have a loose grip on baby. She rolled off once onto the bed because I let go to scratch my head and didn't realise the pillow was tilted a little

I didn't use it long enough to justify the high cost though, so that's something to think about.
