trick for mastitis is to catch it before it becomes mastitis. mastitis is where it is infected, so if you can stop the duct getting blocked and fix it before it is infected you wont need the abs =)
umm... I didn't have any of those problems, so can't say from personal experience, except remember the ABA hotline, they are free 24/7, call them about anything and utilise the resource!!
