If I couldn't BF I would prefer my baby to be fed with human milk than formula especially if I had a baby who was premmie or sick. I used to think that I wouldn't be ok with another woman breastfeeding my baby but I've loosened up a bit now and I figure that if another woman was generous enough to give her breastmilk to my baby I wouldn't care how she delivered it. Then again I would probably be uncomfortable with a stranger feeding from the breast even if she had been screened but if it was a friend or family member I wouldn't mind.
