Bubs is sick atm and not feeding very well. She needs to get used to the bottle as i'm going back to work p/t next month anyway but i thought i would try giving her EBM today and she if she can breathe better from a bottle.
I had a feeling she wouldn't like it as she rejected nipple shields when i tried those and i was right. She just let the milk run out of her mouth and wouldn't swallow any. Quite disgusted with the whole thing really lol
Anyway I now have 50mls of bm sitting here that i don't want to throw away and i'm wondering why the guidelines say i should discard this milk? Can i add to it now and put it in the freezer provided i get rid of the teat?
