you might also need to take the thrush tablets. i did for nipple thrush. i would get both you and DD checked for it. also, make sure that you keep changing bras often (to stop re-infection) it is a total PITA, took me weeks (but i was BF full-time...)
hun i don't think you can take the tablet when you're pg. check with the pharmacist though

it sounds like it could be the start of mastitis?
