I'm pretty sure Medela do make a bigger flange hun. Is there any chance you could get to the ABA breastfeeding centre in Dandenong or the Mothers Direct Store in East Malvern? They could help you out with information and Mothers Direct can order you the flange if they don't have it in stock.
