i'd say it's time to try in and get an appointment with a gyne to discuss the whole thing. it sounds like there has been some sub-standard processing of your situation somewhere along the line (perhaps several "somewhere's") and you need to get straight answers about it all. gyne should be able to look a bit more at the bigger picture rather than dealing with the most immediate issue

it may mean more invasive investigation (biopsy/d&c) but really, when your health and your fertility are on the line, i'd say it's worth it
