I am just after a bit of advice to see if its just me over reacting.

I had my bub by c-section a wk and a 1/2 ago, everything was good in hospital eg going to the toliet and eating but then yesterday and today i have been feeling a twinge when i pee, i am not sure if its a bladder infection or something else, also when i got up this morning it was uncomfortable to do a number 2 to start off with and pass wind. now i feel fine besides when i sit on something hard which is getting me thinking it could be a hemeroid (which i have never had) or something. I know the doctor told me in hospital that since i went to the loo everything was working normal down there which means nothing went wrong on the op table.

should i call the hospital or have a ural for bladder infections and wait and see what happens tonite.
