I'm 6 weeks post c section and last week I started off with the same symptoms as you. At first it started as if my cervix was being pinched a lil, then my bum started hurting, especially when sitting on hard chairs. Then I started getting lower left abdominal pain (where my bowel is) and it's been absolute agony! I went to the docs first time he told me to take nurofen, second time he told me to take Buscopan, third time I saw a different doc who told me to take Buscopan Forte, took some blood and has booked me an ultrasound for tomorrow. Nothing has worked, the only relief I get is if I pass wind or have a bowel movement. He said he 'think' it might be adhesions forming around my bowel from the surgery, apparently it's very common but it's the worst pain I've ever had. Worse than labour, migraine and even toothache. I put up with it for a whole week before going to the docs, as I'm at home all day with bubs and doing all the weekly night time feeds as hubby takes over on weekends. But it's really starting to worry me now, especially when a wave of pain hits while I'm carrying bubs!
Hope you have found out what is causing your problems, if I get an answer tomorrow I will jump back on here and let ya know in case it's similar
