    I agree it is best to call, if only to put your mind at ease.

    When I had DD1 I too had never had any problems with hemorrhoids but about two weeks post CS I got the worst hemorrhoid and also fissure, so painful. So this unfortunately could be the case, unsure about the pain when weeing, maybe you are right about a UTI.

    I hope it clears up for you soon.
