I had my c/s on the monday was home thursday morning and went to the shops on the saturday with DH and DS. I think I did overdo the walking though as I got a little faint when we were out.
I think you need to just see how you go and not over do it.
There is no reason you couldnt make short trips out thoug within the week as long as you were chauffer driven
